4364: Loot drop variation using mentalist dots vs. DD

Description

Chance to drop loot (other than coin) seems to vary when using mentalist dots vs. including DD. The chance to drop loot seems to increase when adding a direct damage spell as opposed to just using dots.

Reproduction Steps

1. kill same type mobs using just dots.
2. kill same type mobs using dots and direct damage spells
3. kill same type mobs using direct damage spells with out using dots.

Intended Behavior

the loot chance to drop rate seems to be different depending how fast a mob is killed.

Evidence

this behavior should be easily reproduced at the Leprechaun camp just south east of Dun Dagda in Mount Collory.
