4346: "Intercept" makes you take way too much damage.

Description

I was intercepting a lvl 43 Mercenary against a Medial Telamon in Llyonesse
They hit him around 120 damage unstyled and around 200 damage with style.
He is wearing lvl 40 crafted chain armor, 99% quality, has 20% slash resist total

I myself is a lvl 44 paladin, wearing lvl 40 crafted plate armor, 99% qual, 16% slash resist, they normaly hit me for around 100 damage.

When I used "intercept" ability on the merc, I took 462 (-202) damage from intercepting the blow, almost as if not having any armor.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use Intercept on a group member as a "tank" class
2. let the group member take a swing from a monster so you take the damage.
3. Realize you took way too much damage from the intercept

Intended Behavior

The intended behaviour for intercept, is to take the damage you yourself would have taken if the attacker hit you.

Evidence

Intercept is there for a "tank" class to take a hit from a softer groupmember, They would take the damage they would normaly take from type of attacker they are facing, and not like in this report.

I have played DaoC for over 10 years in total, played on Uthgard 2 for over 4 months.

I am familiar with almost all game mechanics and their intended behaviour, I realize Uthgard still has some unintended behaviours, such as this bug.

I hope my bugreport will help rectify this.
