The Camelot Crier at the Market Place in Camelot offers work from Leoma at Prydwen Keep . In Prydwen Keep at the Place she should be there she isnt ! (i think at lvl 7 )
1. go to the Camelot Crier in Camelot
2. Klick him and klick WORK
3. than read that he says this ( travel to Prydwen Keep and speak to Leoma ...)
Place the right NPC ( Leoma ) at the right Place so everyone can do that Quest !
