The dropped bow by Golestandt "Heart of the North" has a 2500 range dd proc, when in fact at patch 1.65 it was a 75 dex 75 qui charge as seen using archive.org URL's from 2003/2004 and google searching forum posts from this patch level
1. Kill Golestandt til Heart of the North bow drops
2. verify 2500 range DD proc on bow
3. check archive.org for item url: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=5711
4. google "daoc heart of the north" and read forum posts from 2003/2004 talking about the 75 dex/quick charge
