4184: Necromancer spells consume power without casting

Description

I have two necromancers - one I am leveling with my father, and one I am leveling solo to use as a farming necro when he turns level 50. On both of these characters, if I queue a spell while my pet is stunned/mezzed or when fighting a creature that runs out of my pet's LOS (line of sight) while a spell is queued, it will consume the power but he will not cast the spell.

Reproduction Steps

1. Summon a pet, and then locate your victim.
2. Queue a couple of spells on said victim that is either: a.) going to stun/mez your pet as you're casting, or b.) going to run past large objects that will cause a LOS issue and force your pet to run into combat to begin passively beating the victim.
3. Continue to queue spells after your creature has been stunned/mezzed, or the LOS issue has occurred so that your pet will resume casting once able... haha! just kidding! it will just consume your power instead... :(

Intended Behavior

Put a power recall buffer that would be triggered if LOS becomes interrupted, or if your pet is considered incapacitated yet alive.

Evidence

Unfortunately I don't have anything to insert here as I don't even know where to begin looking. I tried searching for necromancer power game mechanic but I don't have anything relating to the actual power mechanic of the necromancer. I apologize! Yet that doesn't dismiss the fact that your power shouldn't magically disappear just because you try to cast a spell and your target cannot be seen - especially when the spell was never cast!
