If you register to the forum you will get a (Java-?) error. Despite that you then get a message that you have been sent an email and you have to activate your account via the link of that email. However you never get one.
Note: Checked Spam-Folder --> No email
Might be the same issue as stated in the commentary of Lasfernur on ticket #3306.
1. Try to create a new forum account.
2. See error message.
3. See information to activate your account by link in email.
4. Wait and get no activation email.
An activation email with the corresponding link should be sent to your mail address.
