4167: [Mentalist] Severing the Tether 2 wrong implementations

Description

Mentalists realm ability Severing the Tether has two incorrect implementations on Uthgard.
1)As a cabalist you can recycle your pet to clear it. This should not be possible after using Severing the Tether. (video 1)
2) Theurgists can release their pets. This should not be possible after using Severing the Tether. (video 2)

Reproduction Steps

1. use Severing the Tether RA with a caba and theu pets in range
2. recycle pet
3. release pet as a theurgist

Intended Behavior

After using Severing the Tether pets turn into ordinary PvE mobs. The pets do not belong to their owners anymore, hence they can not be release or recyceled.
They switch aggro as normal mobs would do as well.

I did two videos as proof.

Evidence

Severing the Tether is not available for players anymore on Pendragon, but it is still implemented as mob features to prevent pet pulling certain mobs eg. Princess in DF.
