4166: RA style tundra doing way too much dmg

Hi,
regarding the forum the berserker RA style Tundra is doing crazy dmg at the moment (1500+).
Obviously this is incorrect.

Reproduction Steps

1. log in a berserker
2. use tundra style
3. see crazy dmg

Intended Behavior

Make this a useless style as again as it has been in 1.65.
Cross check the other melee RA styles as well.

Evidence

TL mentions it as a useless ra at patchlevel 1.66.
