In Camelot the entrance to the Catacombs-Expansion is visible. When you enter, you get a bad jumppoint-error. Only cosmetics but maybe no hassle to fix.
1. Go to Camelot North Gate
2. Watch the hole in the wall. ;-)
Replace the catacombs entry with a "normal" wall texture.

That entrance was introduced later with the Catacombs-Expansion.
