I have installed everything run the launcher and get an error failed to download file 'frontiers/zones/zone163/tex163.mpk one or more errors occured

Reproduction Steps

1. why is this even applicabe
2. to have to write this just fix it
3. please

Intended Behavior

this shouldn't be this difficult to play a game....
