High weapon skill targets will cause you to miss when atacking them if your WS is lower, saw it a few times, missrate is afected by: player lvl diference, weapon lvl vs atacker lvl , enchanting on weapon ..and here all gear was lvl 51 me being lvl 50 vs lvl 50 , shield enchanted.
I just atacked a berseker in a fg atacking me while soloing i had 2 misses on him out of 3 cause 1 was parried as he was full bufed i was not .
1. create 2 meleers with same lvl 50 preferable having lvl 51 gear etc enchanted preferably high WS ones arms/ merc , fully bufed and atack it observe number of misses on him , then take bufs down and atack him .
2.
3.
High weapon skill increases offensive capabilities meaning you get blocked/parried/evaded less as an attacker penetrating defence basicly , has nothing to do with missrate .
I made a long test in the past regarding blockrate tests for previous Uthgard doing more then 40 000 hits in various ways , can be checked on Forum here : https://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16931&hilit=blockrate+glacius&start=45
Unbufed attacker vs bufed or unbufed defender should miss the same ..and not more like its hapenning here .. 2 slams out of 3 missed its just not ok .
