Guild members, who are set as anon, can not be promoted to another rank. Message appears "player not found". I´m not sure, but promote and demote should not be affected by "anon".
1. As Guildleader, or Guildmember with right permissions: Tell any Guildmember to go anon.
2. Try to promote him/her.
3. See Systemchat: Player not found!
Make possible to promote/demote anon guild members.
I dont think i will find any prove of this that quick. Only Guild leaders who want to demote anon guild members will suffer under this bug.
