Attack speed at the bow should be dependent on Dex. Not quick
1. Take a ring with quickness and try a shot.
2. Take a ring with skill now and try a shot
3. Compare now the time it takes
The arc attack speed should be dex and not quick. So the charplaner also says.
The arc speed and dam should be dex dependent since it is not a close combat weapon like a sword. All charplaners also say that it dex is dependent and also the stabwaffen.
