3963: Valewalker's Damage Shields should stack

Description

Valewalker has 2 damage shields: one from Arboreal Path baseline (Energy Damage, 10 min. duration) and the other one off Thorny Shield from Scythe spec's parry chain (Heat Damage, 30 sec. duration).

The baseline damage shield below Level 48 gets overwritten by the one from parry chain. Using the Level 48 one, the one from parry chain has no effect.

The damage shields should stack, not compete with each other. The way it is implemented right now, while leveling you lose the long duration buff in favor of the short one, in endgame the short one has no effect at all.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create Valewalker below Level 48
2. Buff with the damage shield
3. Engage in combat, execute parry chain.
(4. goto 1, repeat with Valewalker above Level 48)

Intended Behavior

The damage shields should stack, not compete with each other.

Evidence

I've failed to find written proof of this, asking Players did not yield any reliable responses aswell.

But in the current implementation it's better to avoid the parry chain beyond the the opener (for the slash debuff), so you can keep the 10 min. damage shield.
