There appears to be some issues with getting credit in the /title window for killing the dragon(s). On the 13 times I've killed the dragon on Uth2, I've only been awarded the credit 9 times. On many of the raids, barely half of the raid got credit, even though all of them were in the BG, inside the lair, dealt damage etc.
I'm aware that the /title feature is a custom change for 1.65, but Trishin recommended putting it in the issue tracker anyway (see the post Character titles in the General Topics section).
1. Gather people,
2. Kill Dragon(s),
3. Check /title
The most logical behavior would probably be that everyone in the BG and participating in the raid should be awarded credit. I'm however not that familiar with the /title system since I didn't play the game when it was implemented.
