3870: Jewel of the Deceiver (mid) from Kariig has incorrect stats.

Description

Jewel of the Deceiver should have stats: +4cs, +3 envenom, +3 stealth, +40 hits...it has only +16 hits...also, it is spelled Deciever instead of Deceiver (minor issue)...http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=29496

1.obtain gem from Kariig

Intended Behavior

change the stats / spelling to the correct value / spelling
