When you get hit with Nearsight, all tiers of the spell show up as a grey icon with no border indicating its value, so unless you look at the delve you don't know what lv spell you've been hit with (and how much range you've lost)
1. Get hit with nearsight
2. Observe delve to determine rank [grey/green/etc]
3. Observe lack of border color
Trim should be applied to the debuff icon corresponding to its spell icon,
red NS, red debuff
There's no mention of a fix to NS icons not having their corresponding border colors in patch notes
