Something is wrong about the crafted "exceptional magnus staff" in hibernia.
For some reason my druid cannot wield that staff but it should since there is no special class- or lvl-requirement on it.
So it looks like non casterclasses are atm unable to use that kind of staff which is a bug.
Druids and any other class should be able to wield that one. :p

1. Log hib
2. get a crafted exceptional magnus staff , mine has 16.5 3.0 spd
3. Try to to wield it as any class but caster.
Afaik all or almost all classes do get the ability to wield staves. :p
I cannot tell about crafted shod-staffs (5.5 spd) but i got a rog shodstaff that is working fine for me. So it looks like its only a problem with that specific staffs.
Just a example that all classes can wield staffs (if there is no special class-requirement due to focus etc)
