3826: Hib reward "Grim Harvester" (returning of morven) wrong spd.

Description

Got that scythe as reward for doing the epicquest(drui,vw,ani,bm line) "Morven's return"
Noticed the 5.1 spd of it.
Daoc zam doesnt show any info on the archived page for 2003 but later on it displays as 3.7 spd

Reproduction Steps

1. Get the quest done
2. take the scythe "Grim Harvester"
3. find infos for correct speed:p

Intended Behavior

Get it fixed to 3.7 dps ^^

Evidence

The 2003 info on zam is lacking the spd-info BUT we know the "effective dps" shows 13.0 DPS

While on uthgard its at 14.1 effictive DPS which is way too high and show the 5.1spd is wrong.
