3789: Bow damage crafted vs drop

Description

The damage from Swiftdeath (alb bow) is low.
Tested on a low lvl mob.
Both bows has same dps and similar speed. but huge damage difference.

Reproduction Steps

1. roll scout
2. get Swiftdeath and crafted bow
3. test on mobs

Intended Behavior

Dont know whats wrong but the damage is way off. and Swiftdeath with 5,5 speed is expcted to do more damage then crafted bow

Evidence

i have no proof, but log speak for itself. the damage is wrong
