The Bright Flame OTD mob is not spawning in Muspelheim.
1. Go to Muspelheim
2. find mob
3. kill to get otd
Bright flame should spawn at lava pool around 8000,18000. There should be other mobs called "Flamethrowers" here too but they are also absent.

It should be dropping for anyone above lvl 25 and is a ring: Flamecast Ring

Proof is that despite being there over the course of many days, over many different characters and asking throughout guild chat; no one has ever seen or killed this mob
