When I first started out leveling my sm I noticed that the buffs from speccing summoning were not affecting the pet in terms of dmg reduction. I know that the level of buffing spells also affect how much absorption the pet receives. So I continued leveling, that is when i noticed a non existent abs from buffs.
1. Make pet fight a mob ( yellow con mob would be ideal as it will land hits but not just 3 shot the pet)
2. once with summoning buffs then again without
3. damage done on pet will remain the same
apply a abs bonus to pet buffs that scales with con of buff? I honestly dont know how it can be corrected from a technical aspect I just know its not working properly.
