This wrong price already existed on uth1 :p
So,if you try to recharge the gem it costs incredible 10g.
10g for a lvl23 item with 2/2 charges is just wrong.

Adjust the rechargeprice for its lvl /amount of charges.

In comments you will see 2 comments of some "highranked" poster from end 2003 saying:

I checked pendragon for the same gem but they wrecked the charge... charge is gone -.- http://imgur.com/a/4C8c1
Then i tried to get random drops for lvl 30-40 with charges on it and tried to recharge them.
None of them were rechargeable by any npc... looked like all lowlvl charges from drops are broken OR not meant to recharged anymore on live -_-
Next step i tried to find lowlvl quests that reward items with charges... found this midquest for lvl 27

Finally this item was working and i could recharge it at a rate of 3g.
