3714: Item proc bugged Mighty Presence Shield

Description

Item on Midgard called Mighty Presence Shield, dropped by Alfrigg in Malmhous has bugged proc. On this server, the regen heal proc is when this item strike an eniems, but the original proc is when this item is hit by enemies. Reproduction Steps

1. Go to malmhous
2. Check loot list on Alfrigg
3. Check loot Mighlty presence shield and fix it.

Intended Behavior

I think need to fix on database or fix every shield dropped by players !
