When logging in with a pre-existing endurance buff on my shaman, the effect shows up on the icons at top of screen but the effect is not in effect to regen endurance if I sprint.
1. Buff yourself with Endurance regen
2. Log out and back in
3. Start sprinting to observe if endo regen is taking place
enable endurance regen effect after logging in similar to the other buffs
nothing else is needed to prove the behavior, logging in and checking endurance regen rate is all that's needed
