When releasing as a skald to Fort Atla from nisse's lair, my abilities are disabled for unordinary amounts of time. For instance, I recently couldn't use any of my songs for three minutes. Another time, it was more like 40 seconds, so the disabled time seems variable.
1. Bind in fort atla (maybe as a skald?)
2. Go to nisse, die, and release (maybe just release with a zone?)
3. See that your abilities are strangely disabled
Abilities should be available to use upon release-ressurection. If they are supposed to be disabled, at the very least they should only be disabled for the recast time, not for a longer period of time.
This behavior speaks for itself in it's strange nature. In the screenshot provided you can see that the Chant of the Charge is disabled for 2:17.
