3631: Double hit issue cause

When running in view or out of range of a target during the AttackAction interval there is a chance to double hit.

Reproduction Steps

1. Run in and out of view repeatedly with weapons drawn on a target. (150ms window)
2. Double hit the target.

Intended Behavior

DOL code has something called AttackAction and there is no in view or range check before "new WeaponOnTargetAction". Adding one fixed it for me.


Video should suffice and it's safe to say this is unintended.
