Description

Players are able to receive speed pulses whilst mezzed and are not flagged as in-combat after the spell expires on Uthgard.

Reproduction Steps

1. Be in a group with speed
2. Get mezzed
3. Come off mezz and be able to get speed right away

Intended Behavior

The spell should prevent players in mezz from getting speed and should give them a 10 second combat flag when it expires.

Evidence

The YouTube video details the issue and from as far back as I can remember this is the case with any way of coming off mezz.
