Pet's charmed and controlled interrupt 100% of the time when casting spells on Uthgard. This is not the case on live servers.

2. Watch as it interrupts players much higher level
Spells from NPCs should have a chance to interrupt. The level ~42 should be about 80% chance, while green and gray 5-10%. Note that physical attacks from charmed or controlled pets still have a 100% chance to interrupt their target.
This can be reproduced with any casting pets on live servers and has been this way for as far back as I can recall. It is not only for fire and forget pets.
