When zoning out of Jord my skald speed "Song of Travel" got put on a 120 second timer.
1. Zone in and out of Jord with this ability on your bar.

There should be no timer put on an ability when zoning out of any area, especially one such as "Song of Travel".
From prior gameplay I've never encountered an ability getting put on a super long timer when zoning. Espcially one that says in the description that the cooldown is only 8 seconds.
