For the quest Godeleva's Need in Cotswold, I was unable to fill the Wooden Bucket with water near or in the river despite using my action bar, /use, etc.
1. Accept the quest Godeleva's Need and go to the river near Cotswold.
2. Right click the Wooden Bucket in your inventory or place it on your action bar.
3. Type /use or left click it on the action bar.
The Wooden Bucket should be filled with water when you /use it near or in the river by Cotswold. This is the only way to complete the quest.
