Description

Exceptional Magus Staves are not usable by Friars. According to the following Wikipedia entry, they should be.

Reproduction Steps

1. Craft an Exceptional Magus Staff
2. Attempt to equip it on a Friar
3.

Intended Behavior

The staves should be made usable by Friars to solve this problem.
