3555: Poison Merchant "Marius Caest" is not present

Description

I recieved a crafting task to make an item for Marius Caest. I looked him up in several bestiarys / zone maps. He should be in Camelot, Market place near lower forge, Loc 29153 23227. He is not there.

Reproduction Steps

1. Got to Camelot
2. Visit above stated loc
3. NPC not present

Intended Behavior

He should be there to sell his goods and be available for crafting Task deliveries.
