Following issue occured twice:
Both screens went black for a few seconds, then I got a little Windows (7 home) message that there was an error with the graphics driver and got fixed.
I'm running the game on 1080p in windowed mode.
1. Play the game with said graphics chip in windowed mode
2. Don't know if it's related to anything in game. This time I was just sitting next to my shroom regging mana. I'm switching between the game and other windows all the time (firefox, bnet chat for example)
