3403: Solid color Guild Emblem should not be in v1.65

Description

The solid color guild emblems were not available until patch v1.76.

This is an issue because it detracts from the feeling of patch v1.65

Reproduction Steps

1. Look at the available background colors for guild emblems on the emblem chooser
2. Any that use a solid color like these http://imgur.com/a/PQNLj should be removed.
