Purity of Mind buff line (Healer) has an unlimited effect range (not cast range).
Get a Healer friend, ask him to buff you, move far away. Stat buffs lose their effects but Purity of Mind doesn't, your mana still regenerates faster.
On Uthgard, buffs using concentration are supposed to have a limited range. The fact that Purity of Mind doesn't is an inconsistency.
A screenshot wouldn't prove anything. Refer to the reproduction steps, it's pretty straightforward.
