I was on my cleric grouped with a minstrel (greater boogey pet) and air theurg killing danoian fishermen. we were getting 3-5m per mob without my heal proc up. once i started using the proc again, xp dropped to 1.5-2.5m per mob, literally cut in half.
1. kill green+ mob and note xp gain.
2. cast defensive heal proc.
3. kill same mob again and see xp halved.
xp shouldn't be halved by cleric's defensive heal proc. this was fixed once according to issue #2152 back in early december, but apparently it's happening again.
Heal proc shouldn't half xp gains. couldn't find any links other than the info in issue #2152.
