3295: Confusion on mobs "breaks" them

Description

After casting mentalist's confusion on a bunch of Umbral Hulks in DF they started attacking each other. As soon as the effect expired they stood idle in their position, hardly attacking the players. As soon as we got them down to 0% HP the hulks started standing still and couldn't be killed. (got the message "the mob is already dead!").
We sadly bugged out 3 out of 5 hulks. They will be reset during the next reboot, but I think it is very easy to exploit this bug, especially for malicious intents ("you don't want a light mentalist in your group? let me f*ck your mobs up with confusion so you don't get to level up either!")

Reproduction Steps

1. Bring a class with confusion to a mob
2. Cast confusion
3. Check the behaviour of the confused mob

Intended Behavior

I think the mob should either totally reset after the confusion effect expires ( bringing him back to the spot he belongs, refilling his HPs etc.) or re-attack the player(s) that attacked/confused it beforehand.
Clearly this was not an issue on live servers so I can't provide any sort of proof, sorry.

Evidence

That's clearly a bug. No need no proofs: mobs that reach 0% have to die.
