3283: [DF] Molochian tempter in boss rooms drop less than other

Description

Noticed that the molochian tempter in boss rooms (Archivist Borath / Malroch the Cook) drop way less than the molochian near the drinker spots

Reproduction Steps

1. go to Archivist Borath in DF (loc 30k / 40k)
2. kill the molochian tempter
3. compare the recived loot with the tempter near drinker spot

Intended Behavior

adjust the droprate of the molochian tempter so all drop equally
