3279: Shield of Uln is supposed to be a small shield, not medium.

Description

I had been faring the Shield of Uln. It is a small shield that looks like a large heater shield. It dropped as a Medium shield.

Reproduction Steps

1. Move character to Salisbury Plains (not over 18th level)
2. Hunt Tomb Raider Scouts
3. Wait for shield to drop

Intended Behavior

Change Shield of Uln from Medium Shield to Small Shield.
