Im a level 6 skald, and i saw the NPC in Jordheim, with a golden circle at its feet - indicating it has a quest.
But nothing happens when i click the NPC.
On allakhazam, it says the NPC is an armor merchant, but that is not the case on uthgard. here is the link to the NPC: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=1402
1. Go to Jordheim

3. Notice it has the "questgiver" circle around it
The NPC should not indicate it has a quest for players who has not qualified for the quest.
It's a bug when the NPC shows as having a quest for you, and when you click the NPC it does not have a quest for you. OR the quest it has is not showing up. I am not aware if the NPC should have a quest for a level 6. But according to allakhazam, it has multiple quests. http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=1402
