Description

I bought a red mace from an NPC VENDOR in TNN with my level 11 druid to make some solo pulls.
I went on pulling blue con monsters and after a dozen pulls i found my mace to be at 69% conditions (CON on stats box).

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a level 11 toon (maybe a druid is better)
2. Give him a dolomite club
3. Fight a dozen water beatles that con blue to it

Intended Behavior

Objects that con orange, red or purple are expected to wear out much faster than yellow ones. But this actual behavior on Uthgard it totally different from what it used to be on live servers in the 1.65 times.
The condition of a yellow weapon would have probably remained unchanged with such a number of pulls, while a red weapon would have dropped from 5 to 10 points of condition. 31 points is incredibly way too much.

Nowhere here talks about losing like 3 points of condition x pull, which is obviously way too much.
