Could not end the quest, got the cask of brandy but cullen Smyth doesn't take it
1. take Sunken cargo quest
2. kill Sepucoth to get the cask of apple brandy
3. try to give it to Cullen
If I remember well, we shoould be able to give him the cask of apple brandy to finish the quest.
If I remember well, this quest was a kill task, you had to kill sepucoth to get the cask of apple brandy and give himl back to Cullen, should work the same being a kill task or a quest.
