After logging off for a few hours from a newly created character, I logged back on and have lost all items in my vault, which is around 20+ items, mostly from Cornwall etc. I have also lost a few pieces of jewelry on my character and items in my inventory including a slavers hammer. This is clearly an issue and I required these items for leveling, I had re-rolled with the intention of using these for soloing etc.

Please restore all of my lost items. I cannot suggest how to fix the bug permanently as I am not a programmer.
I have no evidence. This issue shouldn't happen and therefore I was not prepared to photo my inventory before logging off.
