When I complete a quest I get items, if any, but the dialogue in the journal does not update. It is currently happening on my toon named Oakwagon. Both my epic and the Riv quest have done it today. I have to log out and back in for the journal to update so I can complete the next step of a quest. I did finish the Riv/Klippa claw quest but did not receive the award. This has happened before but server resets have corrected it. There is no way to duplicate because there is no indication until the quests in the journal stop updating.
It happens to all quests I have.
1. No way to duplicate this. Sorry wish I could get it to happen on other toons of mine but it does not seem to affect all toons on the account.

I assume the problem is in data transfer somewhere but I have no clue how this works.
No real proof but it has happened to a friend of mine.
