I accidentally deleted the "tattered flesh" drop from the Kobold Dirge, causing me to be unable to continue the questline since it doesn't drop again and the quest can't be removed.
1. Kill Kobold Dirge to receive "tattered flesh"
2. Delete item
3. be sad
Make the quest item either non-deleteable or able to get it a second time when killing the mob again.
