3020: no port to dungeon or town

i try to run into murie and nothing happened
i try to quit and rejoin nothing happened
i try to die and run into murie nothing happen
i try to run into tnn nothing happen
last Option was to quit whole game and try to come in with a Queue of 1818..... thanks for that

all other oplayers could go to murie no other Problems like that

Intended Behavior

man sollte in murie reingehen können und nicht damit bestraft werden stundenlang wieder in der Warteschlange zu sein denke das wird jetzt 3 std dauern leider habe ich die nicht weil auch ich schlafen und arbeiten muss

Evidence

ich verstehe die frage nicht und habe auch so gestrichen die schnauze voll gerade das ich keine lust habe die Übersetzung raus zu suchen
