Finished killing the named Sprite to receive Cullen's Brandy, to turn back into him as the quest requests in Cotswold. (Hes located just outside the Tavern) The issue is he is NOT taking the quest item. To finish the quest, it is asked to go get Cullen's Brandy and turn it into him when finished. The quest cannot be completed if you cant turn in the quest item to the person asking for it.
1. Allow Cullen to take the Brandy in order to complete the quest
2. Allow the proper interaction with the NPC in order to complete the quest

How should this bug be fixed? I'm sure as soon as you read what the issue is, you will know how to fix it. Thank you for everything.
Everybody that has done this quest is NOT able to turn it in. Unfortunantly I am on the laptop and am not able to produce any screenshots as you need.
