I created char before the reboot now my queue won't even move. I have reset the queue to see if it was the reason and now I am just farther and farther back. So, i attempted an experiment of making a new account and the queue for that account is actually moving. According to the IRC chat this is coming up for a lot of people
1. Try looking at individuals in the queue and see if there is movement.

I have no idea how you can fix a bug like this but you will have to look into the reboot mechanics.
