I was resurrected my a Friar after an enemy realm player killed me. Upon accepting the rez, I sat down to regain health, stamina, and power. I noticed that my health and power were regenerating, but not my stamina. Once I /quit and re entered the game, my stamina began to regenerate again.
1. die from RvR
2. become resurrected
3. observe stamina does not regenerate
expected behavior is stamina regenerates similar to health and power
I was able to reproduce the bug twice in a row. High visibility bug
